Our Approach to Therapy

Our clinicians use psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and evidence-based approaches, matched to each client's history and goals. Care begins with a full picture of what you are experiencing, followed by a plan we adjust as you go. We coordinate with therapists and other providers when it supports your care. Sessions are available in person in Great Neck, NY and online across New York State.

What Makes Our Practice Different

The relationship comes first

The right fit between you and your therapist matters more than any single method, and we help you find it.

Real depth in grief and loss

Our clinicians come from oncology and medical social work, so hard subjects are familiar ground.

You are matched, not sorted

We help you begin with the therapist who fits your needs, not the next name on a list.

Culturally sensitive

We support the Jewish community and welcome individuals and families from all backgrounds.

Honest about the work

We are clear about what therapy can offer and what it asks of you.

Care that fits in your schedule

In person in Great Neck or online across New York, with flexible scheduling.
