I am an in-network UMR therapist in New York, providing therapy services to Mount Sinai employees and their dependents. If you have UMR insurance, your sessions are fully covered, meaning it is $0 for therapy. This allows you to access grief counseling, psychodynamic therapy, and couples therapy without barriers. If I am out-of-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through your provider. I offer superbills for out-of-network therapy in New York and can guide you through the process of checking your benefits. Many clients receive partial reimbursement for psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, and couples therapy depending on their plan.

For clients paying privately, my therapy rates are $275 per 60-minute session for individuals and $325 per 60-minute session for couples.
